Educational background

To be eligible for the IMMIT program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree:  Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent undergraduate qualification (180 ECTS) in one of the following disciplines: Management, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Candidates with an engineering degree are also encouraged to apply, provided their academic background includes coursework in IT and information systems.
Graduates from universities of applied sciences are warmly welcomed, as the IMMIT program does not require a pre-master’s qualification.

  • Academic Performance: Applicants are required to have a minimum grade-point average of 3.0 (B) or 7/10 for consideration. Candidates with slightly lower scores may still be eligible, provided they demonstrate strong motivation and commitment to the program through their application materials.

  • Final-Year Bachelor’s Students: Students in the final year of their Bachelor’s program are encouraged to apply. Provisional admission may be granted based on a transcript of completed coursework, an expected graduation date, and an official letter from their university confirming they will fulfill their degree requirements on time.

  • Work Experience: The IMMIT program is designed for recent Bachelor’s graduates, with little to no professional experience. While applicants with substantial work experience are welcome to apply, the program’s content may be less relevant to their career stage based on our observation.

GMAT or GRE General test

For applicants coming from non-partner universities and institutes it is compulsory to submit their GMAT or GRE General Test score:

  • The average GMAT score of accepted students is 550, GMAT focus 525.
  • On the GRE test, our incoming students usually score above the 75% percentile on the quantitative section.
  • For the IMMIT program these scores are not an absolute, we always look at the complete profile of the candidate. So students with lower test scores are kindly invited to apply.
  • Please note that it is not obligatory to have completed the GMAT/GRE test before application. In our online application system you can indicate the approximate test date.
  •
